THE TEAM

As part of the Global Ticketmaster Finance team, the Ticketmaster North America FP&A group is a diverse team of professionals responsible for driving business strategy using financial insights and analytics. Our team provides excellent support to all business leaders, and we are committed to meeting the challenges that come with the evolving business landscape in which we operate.

THE JOB

The Manager, FP&A will serve as a key business partner for the Revenue & Demand and Music teams at Ticketmaster. You will help drive business strategy by providing critical financial insights to business leaders and supporting them in daily operations and budget management. You will also help define and influence key decisions around new initiatives and geographical expansion.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner with business leaders to budget and reforecast revenue and OpEx, ensuring timely updates to leadership
  • Key partner to business leaders in day-to-day management of their P&Ls
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packages
  • Support global business lines by working cross-functionally across teams and regions
  • Help business leaders across Product and Client-facing teams understand business performance, opportunities, levers, and trade-offs
  • Leverage systems to improve, scale, and automate reports
  • Build new processes and champion data enhancements when necessary

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • 4-6+ years of relevant experience (FP&A, finance, strategy)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience building forecast and scenario models
  • Strong proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience with BI tools
  • Familiarity with ERP systems

The Expected Compensation For This Position Is

$116,000.00 USD - $145,000.00 USD

  • Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
