Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Processor. The Loan Processor will be responsible for reviewing and verifying loan documents, preparing loan files for underwriting, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial guidelines. On a daily basis, you will communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Additionally, the role includes maintaining and updating loan records, tracking application progress, and resolving any issues or discrepancies to facilitate seamless loan processing and approval.

Qualifications
- Proficient in reviewing and analyzing Loan Documents and managing all aspects of Loan Processing
- Strong understanding of Loans and Underwriting processes, including relevant compliance and regulatory standards
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, loan officers, and underwriters, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple loan applications efficiently
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve documentation discrepancies or processing issues
- Experience in the mortgage lending or financial services industry is a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy in processing sensitive financial data
- Proficiency in loan management software systems is preferred
