Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Support / Chargeback Specialist to manage urgent American Express chargeback evidence preparation. Cases involve fraud, unauthorized transactions, platform misconduct, and cyber incidents. This is a documentation-focused role—no legal license required. Immediate start is essential.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare complete AMEX chargeback packets for reopened disputes
  • Draft professional cover letters for fraud, unauthorized charges, non-delivery, and cyber/platform issues
  • Organize, index, and correlate exhibits with transactions
  • Compile law enforcement documentation (IC3, police reports)
  • Maintain master evidence index for AMEX review
  • Submit materials on schedule with minimal supervision


Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with AMEX chargebacks or dispute resolution
  • Litigation support or paralegal-style evidence preparation
  • Experience in financial disputes, fraud, or payment processor cases
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines


Preferred:

  • Experience with platform disputes (Upwork, Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
  • Cyber/fraud and consumer protection cases
  • Background with banks or card networks


Compensation: Premium hourly or flat fee; budget approved for immediate hire.
