Role Description

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with litigation support, including calendaring, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions. Responsibilities also include managing case files, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all litigation processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience in Legal Research
Knowledge of drafting Pleadings and Motions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Paralegal certification or a degree in legal studies preferred
Experience in personal injury law is required.
