Role Description

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a part-time, remote position. In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide counseling sessions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include offering emotional support, managing behavioral health interventions, and collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure client progress. Your work will involve monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience and expertise in Social Work and Medical Social Work
Proficiency in Case Management to support clients' well-being and navigate resources
Strong background in Mental Health and Behavioral Health interventions
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification required
Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and telehealth services
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide compassionate, client-centered care
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from
an accredited program
New York License Required
