Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Learning and Development Consultant. The Learning and Development Consultant will design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with PInterview's objectives. Key responsibilities include managing learning content, creating instructional designs, consulting with clients to determine their learning needs, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The role also involves continuously assessing and improving the training modules to ensure their effectiveness.

Proven skills in Training & Development
Experience in Learning Management and Instructional Design
Ability to provide effective Consulting services
Excellent Communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
