Leads Generation Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to manage an executive’s LinkedIn account and drive lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target qualified leads, craft personalized messages on behalf of the executive, and guide prospects through the marketing funnel to secure presentation schedules. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sharp analytical mind, and meticulous attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to search for and identify qualified leads based on predefined criteria
  • Draft and send professional, personalized messages as the executive to engage prospects
  • Nurture leads through the marketing funnel, with the goal of scheduling presentations
  • Track all activities, lead progress, and outcomes in a shared Excel file
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the executive’s professional tone and brand voice


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar tools)
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone
  • Strong analytical thinking to assess lead quality and optimize outreach strategies
  • High attention to detail for accurate tracking and reporting in Excel
  • Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and management
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • At least 2 years' work experience in a corporate setting
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a sales/marketing support role.
