Kforce is working with a client in search of a UX/UI Developer to join their team for a remote role.
Summary:

Summary:

Key Tasks:
- Develop responsive web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native
- Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers and front-end developers
- Drive the implementation of direct-to-client platforms with seamless user experiences
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive interfaces
- Use VWO and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for A/B testing and user behavior analysis
- Optimize for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Coordinate with offshore teams across time zones
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
- Conduct code reviews and lead technical discussions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and React Native
- 2+ years of experience leading front-end teams while actively coding
- Proven experience building direct-to-client platforms
- Proficiency with VWO and GTM
- Experience working in remote-first, distributed teams
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end best practices
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Passion for crafting exceptional user experiences
- Experience with XCode and Android Studio profiling tools
- Familiarity with Firebase for analytics, auth, and performance monitoring
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Mobile-first design expertise and accessibility best practices
