The Role:
We are looking for a Lead Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for owning the full recruiting function end-to-end, from building an AI-driven talent tech stack and modernizing hiring processes to personally leading searches across a wide range of roles, including senior-level Product Leaders. Working closely with the CEO as a strategic partner, the position blends hands-on recruiting execution with high-impact advisory support to help scale the company.
What you'll do:
- Set up your own talent tech stack and revamp our hiring processes with AI-driven workflows.
- Own every search end-to-end, from internal hires to the VP-level Product Leaders (from Google, Netflix, and Airbnb) who teach our courses.
- Work directly with the CEO as a strategic partner to help scale the company.
- Evaluate, organize, and manage candidates within applicant tracking system to determine whether qualifications meet position requirements
- Creatively source and attract passive talent to maintain quality candidate pipelines when needed
- Collaborate with PeopleOps team members to create, implement, and lead initiatives that uplift and improve Product School's recruitment efforts
- Monitor and utilize recruiting data to empower your own recruiting methods and increase efficiency
- You've been successfully recruiting a range of roles from sales to marketing to customer success for at least 5 years
- You've been in-house with smaller, high-growth companies and can balance a sense of urgency with a high level of attention to detail
- You're comfortable working with organizational leaders and executives and can cite previous partnerships you've cultivated
- You know your recruiting metrics and can translate that into actionable insights when recruiting for a new role
- You have helped your team with recruiting initiatives (like documenting best practices, improving candidate experience, or other process improvements) and can speak to the impact of that work
- You're savvy with your recruiting stack–you know LinkedIn Recruiter like the back of your hand but then have experience working with other tools like Gem, Sourcewhale, HumanPredictions, etc.
- You are AI driven, you using AI in your workflows to expand your reach and be more efficient as a recruiter.

The national base salary range (OR the national hourly range for nonexempt positions) offered for this position is below. Please note this is a range and actual salary may vary based on work experience and qualifications, performance, and other factors evaluated during the hiring process. Additionally, some compensation packages may have varying components, including but not limited to performance bonus, commissions, and equity.

$100,000—$140,000 USD
