Lead Quality Assurance Analyst

We’re Hiring: QA Lead (Remote – Only Local to IL)

📍 Location: Remote (Illinois-based candidates only)

🧠 Experience: 10+ years

🛠️ Key Skills: Manual Testing | API Testing | Load & Performance Testing | Agile | QA Strategy | Defect Management

What You'll Do:

✅ Lead QA processes from planning to execution

✅ Conduct manual and API testing (Postman, Swagger)

✅ Drive performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams

✅ Guide and mentor junior QA team members

✅ Participate in Agile ceremonies

✅ Contribute to automation initiatives (Selenium, Rest Assured – a plus!)

Tools You’ll Use:

🔹 JIRA / Azure DevOps

🔹 Postman / Swagger

🔹 JMeter / LoadRunner

🔹 Selenium (Bonus!)

💡 ISTQB certification and automation experience are great to have!
