ROLE DESCRIPTION


The Lead Generation Campaign Operations Specialist plays a central role in translating client and partner requirements into working, scalable marketing campaigns.


This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting campaigns across Ringba, LeadProsper, Everflow, and related tools that power our lead and call generation business.


You will work closely with internal stakeholders and partner technical resources to ensure proper campaign execution, accurate tracking, and smooth operation over time. While prior marketing operations experience is strongly preferred, we will train the right person on Elevarus's specific platforms and workflows.


This role reports to the head of Elevarus's lead and call generation network and will also contribute to reporting, light analytics, customer success support, and internal process development. We are actively expanding this part of the business, and this role is a key contributor to that growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Reporting & Coordination

  • Support light business analytics and reporting, including understanding and communicating marketing, advertising, and business KPIs
  • Assist with partner and client communication as needed, including technical coordination and follow-up


Systems & Documentation

  • Document, track, and escalate projects using ClickUp, Google Drive, and related tools
  • Contribute to the development, documentation, and standardization of internal processes and best practices


Quality & Optimization

  • Help identify inefficiencies or risks in campaign setup and operations
  • Suggest improvements to campaign execution and operational workflows over time


Requirements

  • 1+ years of general business experience; lead generation or performance marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of common business technology tools, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with marketing, tracking, or ad network platforms, with a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience with Ringba, LeadProsper, and Everflow is preferred but not required.
  • Highly attentive to detail and comfortable following detailed written, verbal, and video instructions.
  • Proactive self-starter who can work independently on assigned and inferred work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional fluency in English
  • Desire to grow a career in marketing operations and performance marketing.

Early success depends on your ability to carefully follow instructions and implement campaigns exactly as intended. Over time, your ability to spot issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement becomes just as important.
