We’re growing our team and looking for a Lead Generation Executive / Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to help more businesses discover our solutions and create better sales experiences. If you’re driven, self-motivated, and excited by performance based rewards, this role is for you.

About the Role:

For the first 3 months, this role is 100% commission based, with our top SDRs earning uncapped commissions during this period. After that, you’ll transition to a highly competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, commission, and benefits. This structure is ideal for someone who thrives on performance and wants to maximize their earnings from day one.

During your first 3 months, you’ll receive extensive training, dedicated mentorship, and access to our top resources so you’re set up for success. This isn’t just any commission-based role—it’s a chance to build something with us while earning a significant income.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify Opportunities: Research and find outbound sales professionals and businesses that could benefit from our lead generation AI Agents.
  • Engage with Potential Customers: Connect with prospects via calls, emails, and social media to share how CozyUp can make their sales efforts more effective.
  • Understand Needs: Conduct meaningful conversations to learn about their challenges and see where CozyUp can help.
  • Share the Solution: Clearly explain how our AI Agents improve the outbound sales process and helps close deals faster.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the CozyUp team to strategize on lead engagement and follow ups.
  • Track Progress: Keep detailed records of all interactions and progress in our CRM to stay organized.
  • Achieve Goals: Aim to meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in inside SaaS sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect authentically.
  • Strong research skills to identify high-potential leads.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a thirst for learning.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (helpful but not required).
