We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Town Planner based in India who is eager to build a long-term career in Australian town planning and development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with town planning research and development assessments
Review local planning controls, zoning regulations, and policies
Prepare planning reports and supporting documentation
Support preparation of Development Applications (DA)
Assist senior planners with project coordination tasks
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Communicate with internal international teams
Provide support to the Property & Development Department across active projects

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Town Planning, Architecture, Geography, or related field
Basic understanding of planning principles and land development processes
Strong research and analytical skills
Good written and spoken English communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness to learn Australian planning systems
