This company is a fast-growing executive search firm that partners with venture-backed startups across the U.S. Their team helps high-growth companies find and hire top-tier talent for key leadership roles.

They’re now looking for a proactive and fast-learner Junior Talent Sourcer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Need to source 30-50 profiles per role and manage 4-5 roles simultaneously
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future roles
  • Send outreach messages
  • Senior researchers engage with project teams and participate in calibration
  • Partner with recruiters to align on role requirements
  • Track sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRM
  • Share market insights and suggest sourcing improvements

Must-haves

  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Crunchbase
  • Must understand deeply tech startups, funding stages, B2B vs B2C businesses
  • Knows how to analyze profiles beyond surface level
  • Strong written communication skills (English)
  • Ability to identify and engage passive talent
  • Basic understanding of the hiring process
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Required to be available 9-12 EST for meetings regardless of timezone

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
  • Understanding of Boolean search techniques
