Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Junior Recruiter at CAREER BLOC. The Junior Recruiter will assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring efforts for our clients. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, developing relationships with potential candidates, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Additionally, the Junior Recruiter will collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize processes and meet hiring goals efficiently.


Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

Experience in candidate sourcing and screening processes

Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools

Basic understanding of recruitment trends and employment branding

Team collaboration and eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Staff position at CareerBloc. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to support recruitment, marketing, and client services. Key responsibilities include managing and implementing day-to-day operational tasks, conducting research, preparing and analyzing data, and contributing to strategic projects. You will also have the opportunity to engage with clients, assist with business strategies, and ensure the smooth execution of company objectives.

  • Capability to work independently while also being a team player in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
