Role Description

The responsibilities include sourcing and attracting candidates through various platforms, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The recruiter will focus on finding suitable candidates, particularly from Egypt, and maintaining active communication with potential hires. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates using various platforms (job boards, social media, and networks)
- Excellent communication skills, with a preference for fluency in Arabic to communicate with Egyptian candidates
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage with candidates effectively
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently
