The ideal candidate:

  • Exceptional command of English (native or bilingual proficiency).


Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
  • Analyze data to uncover market needs and opportunities.

Data Collection and Management:

  • Gather market data from surveys, interviews, and online databases.
  • Organize and maintain data efficiently using Microsoft tools.

Reporting and Presentation:

  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for professional deliverables.

Project Management:

  • Oversee research projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion.

Financial Analysis:

  • Handle aspects of investment banking, balance sheets, and P&L evaluations.


Qualifications & Skills:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

✔️ Proven experience in market research or a similar domain.

✔️ Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

✔️ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

✔️ Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

✔️ Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.

✔️ Familiarity with online research methodologies and tools.


Compensation:

💼 Salary: 5 - 6 million IDR (probation for 3 months).

🔼 Post-Probation: Salary adjustments based on performance.
