Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior HR professional with target-based objectives. The role includes day-to-day HR functions such as supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and managing personnel tasks. The candidate will assist in maintaining an organized and efficient HR department while meeting defined goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
- Ability to support and implement HR Policies and handle Employee Benefits
- Experience or education in HR Management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with HR-related software and tools
- Ability to meet targets in a deadline-driven role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar position is an advantage but not mandatory
