We are seeking a Junior CRM Project Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity.

In this role, you'll:

Support client relationships and deliver tailored CRM solutions.
Assist in developing strategic CRM roadmaps through data analysis.
Contribute to the design and execution of promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.
Learn to operate and optimize CRM and back-office platforms, gaining formal certifications.
Help plan tactics to maximize player lifetime value, including gamified experiences and retention models.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
About a year of experience in CRM operations or Account Management position in digital marketing, with an eagerness to learn.
Experience working at an iGaming company or previous experience as a Project Manager is a plus, but not required!
Familiarity with CRM concepts and a willingness to learn CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Smartico, Customer.io, or similar).
Basic comfort with Excel/Google Sheets; any familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a quick learning ability.
Team player with strong communication skills and a winning mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
Fluency in additional languages, particularly Turkish, is a strong plus.
