Responsibilities
  • Review, edit, and proofread article drafts for accuracy, clarity, and style consistency.
  • Collaborate with writers to refine content structure and adherence to editorial guidelines.
  • Fact‑check data, sources, and citations within articles.
  • Ensure all content meets SEO best practices and internal quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the senior editorial team to plan content calendars and publication schedules.
  • Manage multiple article assignments simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in editing or content production.
  • Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and AP style guidelines.
  • Proficiency with content management systems and basic SEO principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills for working with remote teams and writers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
