Responsibilities

  • Edit, proofread, and polish client‑facing articles, newsletters, and blog posts.
  • Ensure consistency of style, tone, and brand guidelines across all written materials.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and subject‑matter experts to clarify content.
  • Manage the content calendar and track article status through publication.
  • Verify accuracy of facts and citations in financial and market commentary.
  • Optimize articles for digital formats and basic SEO best practices.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to writers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in editing or writing.
  • Excellent command of American English grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with content‑management systems and basic SEO principles.
