ITSM Administrator/ Freshservice
A distributed IT organization is seeking an experienced ITSM Administrator to lead the configuration, automation, and day-to-day operations of its Freshservice platform. This is a contract role, fully remote, offering the opportunity to take ownership of platform performance, integrations, and service design in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.
You'll collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to refine workflows, implement ITIL-aligned processes, and drive continuous improvement through automation and data accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in IT service management or IT platform administration, including 1+ years of direct work with Freshservice
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles and practical experience configuring workflows, automations, and service catalogs
- Experience supporting integrations with third-party tools such as Jira, Microsoft 365, or Entra
- Hands-on experience with API-based integrations and workflow automation in Freshservice
- Understanding of IT asset and inventory management best practices within an ITSM platform
- Basic scripting proficiency (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript) for platform automation and reporting
- Hands-On Engineering: 70%
- Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 30%
