Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IT Specialist. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments, including hardware, systems software, and applications. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing and monitoring network security measures, and providing technical support to users to ensure smooth operations. Additional responsibilities may include identifying opportunities for system improvements and assisting in implementing IT projects.

Qualifications

Skills in Network Administration and Network Security
Strong technical expertise in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively
Familiarity with relevant software and network tools
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in IT support or network administration is an advantage
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or related are a plus
