- We are expanding our team and are seeking several experienced IT Project Managers to lead and coordinate strategic projects across four operational areas (“4x operations”):
- IT Security & Compliance Projects (at least one position)
- IT Infrastructure & General IT Project Delivery (multiple roles)
- Software Engineering & Agile Transformation Projects
- Cloud Solutions and Modernization Initiatives
- Each Project Manager will take ownership of one or more operations, working with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to the CIO.
As an IT Project Manager at Technologist 365, you will:
- Lead and coordinate project teams of 3–4 specialists (infrastructure, security, or development profiles)
- Oversee project planning, execution, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure successful delivery of technical implementations and compliance milestones
- Manage project timelines, risks, and scope within a highly regulated IT environment
- Drive agile practices and continuous improvement within your assigned operations area
- Proven experience managing IT projects (minimum 5 years)
- For Security Project Manager: strong background in IT security, compliance, and secure infrastructure delivery
- For other IT Project Managers: experience with infrastructure, software engineering, or cloud transformation
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary, remote teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and risk management skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in consulting or vendor-side project delivery
- Familiarity with EU regulatory environments (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001)
- Knowledge of security frameworks, modern cloud platforms, or agile methodologies
- Lead critical IT projects with real-world impact
- 100% remote flexibility or hybrid in Gothenburg
- Work with a collaborative team of senior technologists
