Investor Relations Specialist

Position: Investor Relations Marketing/Sales Associate

Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must reside in DFW Metro area)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience, 2+ years)

Role Overview:

This role involves outreach to investors, qualifying prospects, pitching client stories, securing appointments for senior team members, and tracking engagement. High-volume relationship-building and follow-through are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to targeted investors (warm leads provided)
• Identify and qualify investor prospects
• Schedule appointments for senior team members
• Follow up post-meeting to gather feedback and assess investor interest
• Maintain high-volume engagement with investors
• Support career growth within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics (Accounting not required)
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, investor relations, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and the investment community
• Experience in investor relations, financial advisory, or wealth management is a plus
• Fund-based investor relations experience is not applicable
