Investment & Sales Manager (Real Estate)
We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Investment & Sales Manager with a strong understanding of deal structuring, fundraising, and outbound sales.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and onboard clients
- Assess developers and their projects to determine if they are a fit for fundraising
- Quickly analyze real estate projects (~20 minutes) for capital-raising suitability
- Manage clients end-to-end: onboarding, contracts, fundraising, and success fee collection
- Maintain a clean, well-structured CRM
Requirements
- Strong understanding of investment concepts (equity, debt, LTV, IRR, ROI)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in simple, clear language
- Comfortable with CRM systems and modern digital tools (including GPT/AI)
- Strong social skills and relationship-driven mindset
- Fast learner, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English + Spanish or Portuguese is required.
