Investment & Sales Manager (Real Estate)


We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Investment & Sales Manager with a strong understanding of deal structuring, fundraising, and outbound sales.


Responsibilities


  • Proactively source and onboard clients
  • Assess developers and their projects to determine if they are a fit for fundraising
  • Quickly analyze real estate projects (~20 minutes) for capital-raising suitability
  • Manage clients end-to-end: onboarding, contracts, fundraising, and success fee collection
  • Maintain a clean, well-structured CRM


Requirements


  • Strong understanding of investment concepts (equity, debt, LTV, IRR, ROI)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in simple, clear language
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and modern digital tools (including GPT/AI)
  • Strong social skills and relationship-driven mindset
  • Fast learner, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English + Spanish or Portuguese is required.
