About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Inventory & Supply Coordinator to join our remote team. In this part-time role, you’ll help keep our inventory systems up to date, manage supply orders, and ensure our fulfillment operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Operations and VP of Branding. If you love checklists, spreadsheets, and making sure everything is where it should be — you’ll thrive in this role.


What You’ll Do
  • Monitor and update inventory levels across platforms
  • Reorder packaging materials and operational supplies
  • Communicate with vendors and coordinate delivery timelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and logistics
  • Troubleshoot supply chain issues and resolve delays
  • Conduct weekly inventory audits and report low-stock items
  • Research and establish new supplier relationships

Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in inventory or supply coordination is preferred
  • Proficient in tools like Google Sheets, email, and basic online systems
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home workspace
