Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Interpreter. The Interpreter will be responsible for providing real-time language interpretation services, ensuring accurate and effective communication between parties. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting spoken or written messages, supporting customer interactions, resolving language barriers, and maintaining professionalism in all communications. This role requires cultural sensitivity and the ability to handle various topics with confidentiality and clarity.

Qualifications
  • Fluency in one or more languages in addition to English (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic, Mandarin, or other supported languages)
  • Proficiency in real-time verbal and written interpretation, as well as strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Familiarity with communication tools and virtual platforms for remote interpretation
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and work in high-pressure situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and a customer-focused approach
  • At least 1 year of professional interpreting experience preferred
  • Formal education or certification in translation/interpretation is a plus
