Internship Opportunity: Business Development & Sales Intern (UK Only)
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys real conversations and building meaningful connections.

- Research reputable London-based companies
- Identify key decision-makers (HR, People & Culture, L&D, Ops, etc.)
- Gather and record contact data: name, title, LinkedIn, email, phone
- Send personalised DMs on LinkedIn with guidance from the founder
- Call companies to locate wellbeing decision-makers
- Offer a no-pressure, free online or in-person taster session
- Book calls and send follow-up emails using our official domain
- Track weekly activity: leads, calls, messages, bookings
- Help write short but impactful copy for landing pages
- Learn and apply persuasive writing techniques: clear headlines, strong benefits, social proof, and calls-to-action
- Must be based in the UK
- Must be doing the internship as part of a university/college placement (proof required)
- Confident phone manner and strong verbal – written communication
- Happy to build genuine connections and engage HR professionals in a warm, human way
- Reliable, independent, proactive, and open to feedback
- Excellent English language skills
- Real-world B2B sales and relationship-building experience
- Hands-on exposure to building a wellbeing brand from the ground up
- Direct mentorship from the founder, Tundie Berczi
- 20% commission on all successful client contracts
- A professional LinkedIn recommendation and reference letter
