You’ll be working on cutting-edge AI projects that touch underwriting, claims, pricing, product design, and risk assessment for leading global clients.

🧠 What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As an Insurance SME, you will:

  • Evaluate AI-generated reasoning for:
  • Underwriting decisions
  • Claims assessment and adjudication
  • Risk evaluation and pricing logic
  • Policy terms, endorsements, and exclusions
  • Annotate and review datasets related to:
  • Policy review and approval workflows
  • Risk scoring and segmentation
  • Product development and pricing strategies
  • Compliance and regulatory checks
  • Validate AI outputs across:
  • P&C, Health, Life, and Specialty lines
  • Claims triage, fraud flags, loss estimation, and coverage decisions
  • Provide structured feedback to improve:
  • Model safety and robustness
  • Domain accuracy and consistency
  • Real-world applicability in insurance operations


🎓 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Underwriting (P&C, Health, Life, Specialty)
  • Claims processing / claims operations
  • Product development & pricing
  • Actuarial/risk analysis
  • Insurance operations or policy administration
  • Strong understanding of core insurance KPIs, such as:
  • Loss ratios, combined ratios
  • Premiums, reserves, exposures
  • Frequency & severity trends
  • Policy lifecycle and retention metrics
  • Experience working with platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Applied Epic, Salesforce, or similar insurance systems is a plus.
  • Location: Remote (must be legally eligible to work from your current country; US-based strongly preferred for this phase)
