Type: 3-month Contract

Pay Information: $30-$35/hr on a W2 basis plus benefits

Location: Remote


Role Overview

As an Instructional Designer, you will work independently to develop and update online learning content with minimal supervision, while collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy. You will leverage your expertise in instructional design and Articulate Storyline to create engaging training modules that meet quality, accessibility, and organizational standards. Your focus will be on producing high-quality, user-friendly digital learning solutions that support organizational training initiatives and enhance learner engagement.


Day in the Life

  • Design and develop eLearning modules and videos using instructional design methodologies
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate content
  • Build, test, and deploy courses in Articulate Storyline
  • Ensure all materials meet accessibility and brand guidelines
  • Apply adult learning principles to optimize user experience


Your Qualifications

  • Experience developing eLearning content with Articulate Storyline (2+ years preferred)
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and digital content compliance
  • Ability to collaborate with SMEs and adapt content accordingly
  • Prior experience creating digital training for remote or distributed audiences
