Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, handling customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role entails daily communication with potential and existing customers, guiding them through the sales process, and providing excellent customer service to meet their needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Experience should be in IT /solution/ saas sales
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Need to sell Welness solutions to corporates
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
