Role Description
This is a full-time remote (WFH) role for an Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will focus on driving sales efforts through lead generation, prospecting, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, responding to client inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance the sales process and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales with a track record of achieving sales targets
- In depth understanding of process instrumentation
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
- Experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining client relationships
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive client experience and address concerns effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Self-motivated, ability to work in a structured and organized manner
- Prior experience in process instrumentation sales is a must
- A bachelor's degree in instrumentation, electronics, or a related field is preferred
