Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an IT Technical Support professional. The individual will provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network challenges. Day-to-day tasks include assisting users with technical issues, maintaining IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime, and implementing proactive solutions. The role also involves collaborating with team members, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and contributing to IT projects.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Technical Support and Information Technology
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills to efficiently resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and ability to contribute to IT-related projects
  • Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies and their applications is highly beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
  • Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage
