Job Summary:

The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile processes, ensure adherence to Scrum principles, and help teams stay focused on delivering high-quality, iterative solutions. This role involves removing obstacles, coaching team members in Agile practices, and supporting the product owner in managing the backlog. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in Agile project management, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Guide and coach the Scrum team in Agile practices and principles.
• Work with the Product Owner to refine and manage the product backlog.
• Identify and remove any impediments that hinder team progress.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team and facilitate change as needed.
• Track and report team metrics, such as velocity, to support data-driven decision-making.
• Foster a supportive and effective team environment that encourages self-organization and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Scrum Master role or Agile project management.
• Skills: Proficiency in English, Agile methodology, and Scrum framework; excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills; familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
