As part of our growth, we're inviting experienced recruiters to join us as independent partners. For the first 90 days, this is a commission-only role, with partners earning up to 70% of each placement fee. After that, partners benefit from a long-term fee split of up to 50%, depending on performance and contribution.

Who You Are

We're looking for senior-level, full-desk recruiters with a strong track record in agency-based recruitment. You should be confident managing both client development and candidate sourcing independently.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

A proven history of closing deals in tech or professional services
An established client network, especially helpful for our Austin, TX expansion
Experience running a 360° recruitment desk
Entrepreneurial drive and the discipline to operate without a base salary
