Founded in Amsterdam in 2010, Mister Jobs is a boutique recruitment and consultancy firm specializing in tech talent. We're driven by a mission to connect top-tier professionals with forward-thinking organizations while giving recruiters the freedom and flexibility to build their own path.
As part of our growth, we're inviting experienced recruiters to join us as independent partners. For the first 90 days, this is a commission-only role, with partners earning up to 70% of each placement fee. After that, partners benefit from a long-term fee split of up to 50%, depending on performance and contribution.

Who You Are
We're looking for senior-level, full-desk recruiters with a strong track record in agency-based recruitment. You should be confident managing both client development and candidate sourcing independently.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A proven history of closing deals in tech or professional services
- An established client network, especially helpful for our Austin, TX expansion
- Experience running a 360° recruitment desk
- Entrepreneurial drive and the discipline to operate without a base salary
