About The Role:
We’re hiring a high-performing inbound Sales Closer for a fractional, flexible role focused purely on conversion.
You’ll be speaking with highly qualified, pre-warmed prospects (not cold leads) and guiding them through a thoughtful, consultative decision process.
This is not a one-call, high-pressure close. It’s a multi-conversation, high-trust sale with emotionally intelligent buyers making meaningful career and life decisions.

What You’ll Do:
- Take qualified, pre-booked Zoom sales calls with motivated, mission-driven clinicians
- Conduct follow-up calls as needed (most deals require 1–3 conversations)
- Guide prospects through decision-making with clarity, confidence, and emotional intelligence
- Handle objections without pressure or manipulation
- Execute thoughtful follow-up via email, SMS, and voice notes
- Close sales and initiate client onboarding
- Track pipeline and maintain clean CRM notes
We have a strong marketing engine and consistent inbound lead flow. Appointments are booked for you. Your job is to convert aligned prospects into committed clients through trust, emotional intelligence, and consultative selling.
Our average deal size is ~$25,000, making this a consultative, multi-touch sales process, not transactional closing.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales experience in a high-performance, commission-based environment (ideally high ticket coaching or online education, but will also consider experience in solar, finance, insurance, recruiting, or similar)
- Proven track record of performing under pressure and consistently hitting or exceeding targets
- Comfortable operating in emotionally dynamic sales conversations (able to stay grounded, confident, and professional when prospects are uncertain, resistant, or processing big decisions)
- Strong consultative selling skills and high emotional intelligence (coaching experience is a plus, but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication (clear, thoughtful, and human)
- Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple active opportunities without constant oversight
- Experience in mental health, healthcare, or the wellness space is a strong advantage, but not required
- Experience in small, fast-paced, founder-led environments is a plus
- Must be U.S.-based or able to work on a North American time zone
Sales Philosophy:
Most of our prospects don’t fail to buy because of logic; they hesitate because of fear, identity shifts, imposter syndrome, or financial discomfort.
We’re looking for someone skilled at helping high-achieving professionals move through these internal blocks with clarity and confidence, not pressure.
Schedule & Availability Expectations
This is a fractional, flexible role with autonomy over your calendar.
- You will set your own availability on our sales calendar.
- We offer same-day booking with a 2-hour lead time, so you must be comfortable with dynamic scheduling within your available hours.
- Speed-to-lead matters.
- Most prospects require a follow up call (or two) to close, so you must have enough availability to schedule timely follow-ups (often within 24–72 hours).
Time Commitment & Call Volume:
- Typical call volume: ~10–15 sales calls per week, depending on lead flow and performance
- Each prospect typically requires 1–3 conversations to close
In addition to live calls, expect ~2-3 flexible hours per week for:
- Pre-call prep
- Post-call follow-up
- Occasional sales team communication
Top performers who demonstrate strong close rates and excellent prospect experience will be prioritized for additional call volume.
Our average close rate is ~30–35% on qualified show ups.
Compensation & Earnings Potential:
- 6% commission per closed client (our core offer is $25k) paid on expected revenue (we pay your commission before we collect the cash) with 60 day claw back only if the client defaults within the first 60 days (rare)
- OR will consider 8% commission on cash collected if preferred by the rep
- At current performance benchmarks, this equates to ~$5,000–$8,000/month on ~10–15 calls/week
This is a performance-based, fractional contractor role aligned with results.
