Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting creation, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will also play a key role in fostering relationships with external recruiting agencies and supporting other HR initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing, recruiting, and talent acquisition methods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal teams
  • Organizational skills for managing multiple recruitment pipelines
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related HR technologies
  • Experience with interviewing techniques and employee screening processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Understanding of labor laws and hiring compliance requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
