About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior HR Officer to join our growing international team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, looking to build a career in HR, and able to support our U.S. operations during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain up-to-date employee records (digital and physical)
- Track attendance, PTO, and timesheets via HR systems or Excel
- Help prepare HR reports and keep databases current
- Support internal training, reviews, and staff engagement initiatives
- Respond to HR-related questions and clarify policies
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. labor laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (internships count!)
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of HR software is a plus
- English proficiency: B2 level or higher
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with U.S. labor law and HR best practices
- Previous experience supporting U.S.-based teams (a plus)
- CRM and/or ATS system knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proactive, positive, and collaborative work style
