About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior HR Officer to join our growing international team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, looking to build a career in HR, and able to support our U.S. operations during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records (digital and physical)
  • Track attendance, PTO, and timesheets via HR systems or Excel
  • Help prepare HR reports and keep databases current
  • Support internal training, reviews, and staff engagement initiatives
  • Respond to HR-related questions and clarify policies
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. labor laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (internships count!)
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of HR software is a plus
  • English proficiency: B2 level or higher

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with U.S. labor law and HR best practices
  • Previous experience supporting U.S.-based teams (a plus)
  • CRM and/or ATS system knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, positive, and collaborative work style
