Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to analyze HR metrics, create reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
