We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who is eager to gain practical exposure in recruitment and people operations within a growing digital agency environment.
✔ Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
✔ Source candidates via LinkedIn & job portals
✔ Screen resumes & coordinate interviews
✔ Maintain HR databases & documentation
✔ Support onboarding activities
✔ Assist in employee engagement initiatives
✔ Pursuing or recently completed BBA / BCom / MBA (HR) or related field
✔ Strong communication & coordination skills
✔ Basic understanding of recruitment processes
