- Support onboarding processes and documentation for new hires
- Maintain employee records and coordinate internal communications
- Gain practical experience in HR tasks and apply theoretical knowledge in a live setting
- Assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management
