Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern. The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day tasks such as supporting HR management processes, creating and maintaining HR policies, handling personnel records, assisting with employee benefits administration, and providing general support for the HR team. The intern will also contribute to the implementation of recruitment initiatives and employee engagement programs while gaining valuable industry experience in a global logistics company.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
  • Experience or familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Interest or experience in the logistics or global forwarding industry is a plus
  • Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
