𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐒𝐞𝐰:

As an HR Virtual Intern at GAO Group, you will support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management using AI-driven tools and strategies. You will work in a global, multidisciplinary team that spans across core AI departments including AI code development, AI system architecture, AI tools implementation, AI-powered marketing to users and investors, business development, fundraising, and AI-enhanced project and operations management.

π‘πžπ¬π©π¨π§π¬π’π›π’π₯𝐒𝐭𝐒𝐞𝐬

β€’ Recruit and source candidates using job boards, social media, and smart headhunting platforms.
β€’ Post job openings for roles such as Developers, Tool Designers, Marketing Analysts,System Engineers, Project Managers, and Fundraising Analysts.
β€’ Screen resumes and applications using applicant tracking systems (ATS) with NLP capabilities.
β€’ Schedule and conduct structured, tech-supported interviews for both technical and nonοΏΎtechnical roles.
β€’ Manage communication via email and LinkedIn using automated CRM and follow-up tools.
β€’ Support HR tasks including data processing, talent analytics, chatbot-based engagement,
and decision-making for recruitment and team allocation.
β€’ Collaborate with development, marketing, operations, and business teams to align HR strategies with company initiatives.
Requirements
β€’ Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Journalism, Business, Arts, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with strong English communication skills.
β€’ Exposure to courses in machine learning or recruiting platforms (e.g., Coursera, Udemy, university programs).
β€’ Familiarity with platforms like ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, Google Vertex,etc.
β€’ Enthusiasm for hiring and supporting roles in areas such as:
o Code Development, System Architecture and Tool Development
o Product Marketing (Users & Investors), Business Development & Fundraising.
o HR Analytics & Talent Mapping and Project & Operations Management
