Position: Human Resource (HR) Intern

Location: Remote

Duration: 2 Months (Extendable based on performance)

Type: Full-time Internship

Stipend: Based on Performance


Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to support our HR operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical exposure in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. The intern will assist in managing hiring processes, maintaining records, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job openings and screening candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and team members
  • Maintain HR records and update databases
  • Help onboard new interns/employees and explain HR policies
  • Support employee engagement and communication initiatives
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, internship certificates, and LORS
  • Handle basic HR documentation and reporting tasks


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
