Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR department by maintaining employee records, assisting with benefits administration, and managing HRIS data entry and updates. The role will involve coordinating employee training schedules, assisting with HR compliance documentation, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR processes and employee satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
  • Experience with HR Management and adherence to HR policies
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency in managing HR data
  • Understanding of Benefits Administration and related processes
  • Experience coordinating and organizing employee training programs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
