Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including managing employee records, assisting with benefits administration, and facilitating training sessions. Additional responsibilities include providing support to HR managers, maintaining and updating the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and understanding of HR policies and practices
  • Experience in using and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration and the ability to manage employee benefits programs
  • Ability to support and coordinate training programs effectively
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in an HR support role is an asset
