This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resource professional. The responsibilities include managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and handling personnel management tasks. The role also involves facilitating recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment within the organization.
- Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management
- Experience with developing and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Familiarity with the ed-tech or education sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
