Human Resource Analyst-Visier, Tableau, Power BI


Seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to support a strategic HR data project focused on tracking and reporting employee data to people leaders. This role will involve building actionable reports, validating data, and providing stakeholder support across HR systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for people leaders to self-serve workforce insights
  • Validate data post-refresh, troubleshoot technical issues
  • Create job aids, training materials, and supporting documentation
  • Provide end-user support, manage access issues, and assist with a smooth rollout
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for related data/reporting inquiries


Top Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience working with HR, workforce, or operational data
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and confidentiality standards
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Visier, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate data for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong client-facing skills and experience supporting stakeholder management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field
  • Visier experience is a plus but not required
