Job Description: The HR Recruiter is responsible for all external communications and outreach to candidates, through LinkedIn and email. They must possess knowledge to navigate Google Suite and LinkedIn appropriately; compose, track, and respond to emails promptly; and understand the interview process. A successful HR Recruiter will be able to connect to people, empathize with them, use active listening, adapt to change, manage time, handle confidential information, and coordinate multiple dates and times. They will possess the abilities of communication, writing, speech, and creative thinking. As a person, they will be empathetic, proactive, confident, self-accountable, and patient.
Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of Google Suite and LinkedIn
- Emails (composing, tracking, responding quickly)
- Basic knowledge of the interviewing process (asking questions/listening)

Meetings: Tuesdays 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. PST
Details: This is an unpaid internship. You will work remotely for 15 hours weekly with a flexible schedule. The duration of the internship is a minimum of 4 months to a maximum of 6 months. Interns can earn school credit, work experience in a start-up, and letters of recommendation upon completion.
